All image processing is performed locally in your web browser. Your images are not uploaded to our servers, ensuring your privacy and data security.

3. Use License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal and commercial purposes.

This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying our website's source code
• Using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools
• Downloading or copying account information for another party's benefit
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the Service
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring the materials to another person or mirroring on any other server

• To process images for fraudulent purposes or identity theft

Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or servers
• Using automated scripts to access the Service without our express permission
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Using the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Using the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation

5. Intellectual Property Rights
